Good morning girls! I called in "sick" Saturday at the casino. I did that so I could attend a wedding reception in a nearby coastal town for my 2nd cousin (Jessica). I went to high school with Jessica's mother, Ruby. We were pretty close back then. I really don't know Jessica very well but she is a very pretty girl and she is very sweet. She acts like she doesn't know she is beautiful. Anyway here's the love story. Jessica got married about 6 or 7 years ago. Her and her husband lived in Hattiesburg where she worked and her husband went to college. She worked and put him through school. After he graduated from college he left Jessica for another woman (what a jerk, huh?) Of course that was a sad time for her and she continued working. Then the big hurricane came. Jessica quit her job and came down to the coast to do volunteer work. That is when she met this guy from Wisconsin who had come down to volunteer. They got married last month in Wisconsin, but they had a receptioin down here for all us folks that couldn't make it to Wisconsin to the wedding. There were some relatives (like me) there and alot of other volunteer people they met when they were down here. They are gonna live in Wisconsin. Anyway the reception was fun and it was good seeing alot of my relatives that I hadn't seen in a long time. How is it that my relatives are all slim and trim? I am now motivated to lose some weight--I gotta start making plans for how to do it.
The last day of school is May 23rd. I do plan to work at school during the summer. The 2 back rooms (work rooms) of the library have junk piled high and I need to get in there and clean that out.
But today I need to clean this messy house that also has junk piled high.
